The only exception to this rule is where the service we perform involves doing so, for example Website Submission in our Search Engine Optimisation service. Where we need to do so we will make it 'very clear' exactly what we are doing and why.

We don't use your details for marketing purposes within our company for our personal gain. If you pass us some information, such as in our Free Website Submission Service we will not abuse that by sending you marketing mails except where the service involves signing up to such an activity.

We have some highly sophisticated services, such as our Web Metrics service. The programs that perform these involve the complex gathering of data. The data we gather does not involve spyware or any other illegal activities.

Some activities in some Countries and / or States are illegal such as spamming. When performing our services we take note of the laws that govern that particular place.
