One of the Key ingredients for us in website design is developing a partnership with you the client. We believe an effective business needs an effective website therefore we commit ourselves, in partnership, with our clients to seeing this happen.

However, we don't believe we have the right to tell you how to run your business. For us the only people who know how to run your business effectively is you. Therefore, one of the earliest processes we go through is to find who you are and what you do? A major part of the content of your site should be driven by your knowledge of what you do and what you know about the market your involved in. What do we know about you? Only what you tell us.

We'll then communicate to you what we think you need to have an effective website. We'll then discuss an agreed way forward and proceed. During various stages we'll keep you updated with what we're doing and check your ok with that and understand why were doing it. However we'll only talk to you about what you need to know, the techie side of what we do we won't bog you down in, we'll just get on with what you pay us to do. Where we need to explain ourselves however we will. For us a project is never finished. When your website is completed this is when the real marketing strategy kicks in, continued ROI, increased web presence and marking your brand out against your competitors. We'll advise you on how to continue to get the best out of your site and help you where required.
