Vertigo web solutions, we are a young, vibrant,energetic and driven company that provides web solutions for your needs.

Vertigo Web Design you mean?

Yes, basically we are a web design company but not just any old web design company. We build web sites from the ground up, so for us designing a web site is more than just web design. Our approach to web design is 'holistic'. Our aim is to provide you with a web site that provides a solution to driving your business forward. So we take care of all your cyberspace needs, including eMarketing and Advertising, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Web Metrics and Data Mining, Database driven applications, Programming and Consultancy.

For us it's not about getting you to spend your hard earned cash on our services. We'll look at how best to design a site for you that drives your business forward. We'll at the ROI factor. How we can use your website to introduce you to new customers, increase the strength of your brand, while maximising your customers care and minimising costs. All in all it's not just about design.

Holistic Web Design, what's that?

Holistic for us means we provide you with all you need in a web site. Backend, fronted, any end you want we deliver. There's no need for a second or third party. Think about it, it just doesn't make sense. Which other businesses provide their serves like this? It's definitely not normal practice and we believe it shouldn't be normal in this case. Basically for us this means we start something, we continue something and we finish it, and to our high professional standards.

Isn't that a compromise?

No it's not a compromise at all, in fact we believe the opposite is true, to not deliver the 'whole' package would compromise your business and harm your web presence.

Why don't you specialise?

Yes we do specialise - in everything we do. Our core services are design and programming, databases, marketing and advertising, web metrics and data mining, branding and consultancy. We do provide other services but these are the core ones.

Why this way, isn't that against the grain of what everyone else is doing?

Yes it is, but we also believe we're right and that everyone else is wrong. It may be industry standard to have a 'frontend' and a 'backend' but we believe unless your a huge company that spends £100,000's on developing there web brand with extensive web applications and solutions that it makes no sense to develop a web presence with more than one company. We may be going against the grain of what everyone else is doing but rules were made to be broken and at the end of the day we believe in what were doing.

Surely your wrong?

No, it's a case of too many cooks. If you don't believe us then ask us why exactly and we will explain this to you. We believe in providing you with a quality product so that you wouldn't want or need to go to another party to improve it. Were not saying this to convince you to stick with us were saying this because it's true!

Supermen hey! So you reckon you can do everything?

No, but the vast majority our clients would want us do for them we can and that's why we provide our core services, ultimately they are the serices you need to develop a website and web presence. We believe in excellance, therefore we specialise in the core services we provide. However, we cannot be experts at virtually everything and we acknowledge that. We are not, for example, experts in designing flash games (not yet anyway!).

We believe that in the vast majority of cases our core services provide our clients with all that they could wish in a highly professionally designed website, we don't believe you should need to get anyone else to provide your product for you. You want one product and that you should get taht delivered to you by one company. Where you would want something specialised we would arrange for an outside party to do the required work and charge you at no extra cost then they would charge us. What they would normally charge you, so would we.

Wow that's mighty generous?

Not really as we cannot forsee this happening often. If it happened frequently we'd make no money and go out of business! That's our promise and we are sticking to it.

But do I really need all this doing for my website?

Put simply, yes, that is if you want a thriving web presence that would push your company forward. If you want to receive a return on your investment then you have to invest in it properly from the outset. You only get out what you put in, not that it should cost the earth. Ultimately you decide what you want or don't want.

What if I think your wrong?

The customer is always right! We do for you whatever you ask of us, that includes not doing the things that you don't want from us and we'll provide this service free of charge too. If you don't want something or can't afford it we won't push you.

Wow you sound very professional your services must cost a fortune?

No, but there not cheap either. You cannot put a price on a website that would put you ahead of your competition. There is a cost to excellance, we believe the services we provide are value for money, if you want web design that could be called 'bargain basement' or cheap then we're not the company for you. There are probably hundreds of web design companies that can produce something for you that is cheaper, there are thousands more who've gone out of business. We are not in this business to produce a cheap product, we have a standard of excellance for our work that we want to produce with the utmost care and detail.
